  Pet Supplies reminds me of how stores in general used to be. A kind staff, they know their product well, clean store, shelves faced, stocked etc. They actually greet you & appreciate your business. The staff is definitely the winning point of this store, hands down! I bought a large bag of premium dog food. It did not sit well with our dog and the reactions weren't good. So, we switched back to Muenster food. They took the opened/used food back in exchange (would've refunded if I wanted). They actually carry your goods to the car for you. It's these small, but big things that make you feel appreciated as a customer & wanting to come back. Smart business! But again, the staff is what shines here! Staff & consistency. I shop no place else for anything pet related! I hope they're here for the long haul.

  Im pretty sure i love this place more than my dog lol... I love the self service wash, the prices, & the variety!! The customer is amazing & helpful as always! Best go to for any pet parent!
