  We purchased a computer from these guys and when it first came in the door, it wouldn't even boot. The technician who I talked to on the phone didn't know what was going on, so he told me to reformat the entire OS. After doing this, we noticed that every few weeks when we came in to the office in the morning the unit would be stuck in BIOS and we would have to do a cold restart to get it to work. We were pressed for time so shipped it to the customer site and sure enough, after a few weeks, the unit completely crashed. We had purchased a next-day on-site service and the person they sent was just some local repair guy who had no clue about even what company he was contracting with. We lost our customer because their technical "support" dragged on for weeks with no conclusion. Don't do business with these guys if you need a working system!
