  Initially very hard to get a hold of anyone to come out and install our system. Took a month to even get customer service on the phone to get anyone scheduled to come out. Finally got an appointment scheduled, I was leery because of the crappy service getting someone out, but the tech they sent made every worry disappear. Floyd was knowledgeable, punctual, and answered every one of my questions I had about the system. He walked me through every piece of technology in my house and explained to me what did what and what would set off the alarm. Shortcuts on the system, and helpful suggestions on questions I didn't have answers to. His customer service was on point and made up for any bad experience I had trying to get someone out to my house. His level of knowledge and experience mixed with his great customer service is what makes me give this company 5 stars. I was initially upset and probably not very friendly to him when he arrived, but he was gracious and took it all with a smile and apologized for any inconvenience. Floyd Martinez redeemed this company in my opinion.

  Colt Parker made my experience very enjoyable! He was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as he guided me through the process of choosing the right products for my new home. He allowed me to not feel pressured during our meeting and I was able to choose products that would benefit our needs! I will highly recommend Colt Parker and the Home Pro experience to any of my friends and family!
