  First and last time shopping at this location. My nieces and I walked in and inquire about a Sims game. Upon entering the establishment there was no greeting and they were not busy because they didn't have any customers other than us. There was a pair exiting as we entered. One of the employees behind the counter responded and looked very uninterested. My intention was to pay for half of the game to help my neices out lol. I asked if I could get change and the employee's response was that they didn't give change unless you make a purchase. So I was like ummm yeah I'm making a purchase so then he says well I can only give you change from your purpose. I can't give you change outside of that. So in my head I said ok it's not difficult to count out change but whatever. So then my nieces ask do they give military discount for military personnel. They advised that they did not. At this point I was so over it. I will continue going to the Carrollton location and receiving my military discount along with impeccable customer service. Long story shor I see why they have 3 star rating.
